RECIPE ALERT: Crepes // (Vegan)

Hi Fit Fam,

This recipe is super easy, delish and you can make them savory or sweet.


  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil


  1. Stir together the flour and almond milk until smooth, with no lumps
  2. Stir in the coconut oil and place the batter in the fridge for 5 minutes
  3. Put your frying pan onto a medium heat for a few minutes
  4. Pour a little oil in the pan, and With a piece of kitchen roll, make sure the whole pan is coated in the coconut oil
  5. Take the pan off the heat and pour about 1/2 cup full of batter into it
  6. Swirl it around the pan so the batter coats the bottom
  7. Put the pan back onto the heat, slightly shaking it back and forth constantly, and flip when it moves around freely and bubbles are forming
  8. Cook for about the same amount of time on this side
  9. Slide the crepe onto a plate and start again with the next crepe
  10. Keep the crepes going in the hot pan til all the batter is gone / you are full
